Order Processing and Tracking

• Once your order is placed, it is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
• Every parcel is shipped with a track & trace code. You will receive this code via email, allowing you to track your parcel from the moment it leaves our facility until it arrives in your mailbox.
  

Shipping Carriers and Methods

• We ship all parcels via Correos, the official Spanish postal service.
• Depending on the size of the Swatch box, your order may be delivered as a mailbox parcel (dropped directly into your mailbox without prior notification) or as a regular parcel that requires a personal handover.
• Our shipping service covers 98% of countries worldwide; however, exceptions may apply.

Estimated Delivery

• Estimated arrival dates are based on average transit times provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur, particularly during local customs processing.
• For the most accurate tracking and delivery updates, we recommend using the free service at 17track.

International Shipping

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections and delays. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
