Collectible Nature of Our Products

Our vintage Swatch watches are sold as collectible items. Most pieces are over 25 years old and have been preserved as collectibles rather than daily-wear items. Due to the age of these items, materials such as plastic, leather, or rubber may have become fragile over time. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.

When Returns Are Accepted (All Customers)

A return may be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is significantly not as described in the listing.

  • A shipping error occurred (e.g., you received the wrong item).

  • The product arrived broken, and this condition was not mentioned before purchase.

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Minor cosmetic imperfections or non-optimal timekeeping, which are normal for vintage collectible watches.

  • Wear and tear caused by use outside of their intended collectible purpose.

  • Strap deterioration or replacement needs (common in vintage watches).

Return Policy (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers within the European Union have a 14-day "cooling-off period."

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.

  • After notification, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

  • We will refund the purchase price and the original shipping cost once the item is received in its original condition and packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy (Non-EU Customers)

For customers outside the EU, returns are generally not accepted. Exceptions apply only if:

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product arrives broken, and this damage was not disclosed in the product description before purchase.

In these cases, you must notify us within 21 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
